A fitness class for all ages featuring low impact aerobics, strength,
flexibility and balance training. The use of free weights, balls, bands and
the Step provide variety and motivation.
Each class ends with deep stretching and breathing allowing the body to de-stress and recharge.
Instructor Suzanne McCollum offers:
Step & Sculpt, Aerobic Combo, Interval Training and Ball workouts
